Looking for a circuit design and completed PCB layout for a 2.1 channel amplifier (stereo plus subwoofer out) with a filter and VU meter driver. We have reference components and some circuit diagrams for the components that just need to be laid out and combined on to one PCB, also need a very simple adjustable filter designed on the subwoofer channel.

The project requires CMOS circuits of ALU and memory and a few registers. It has to be completed within March 31st.

Schematics and PCB in Eagle Cad and a small technical report (1-2 pages).

This circuit should connect two USB devices (downstream) to a PC (upstream). This requires a 2-port USB HUB in the circuit. 2 devices: 1 RS232 (TTL) and 1 USB (2.0).
