We need to migrate our current vault server setup into cloud. We operates Autodesk vault with multiple locations. The number of actual users vary based on the demands of current project loads. The design offices generate 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor 2021, which are coordinated and controlled using Autodesk Vault Professional 2021 as a PLM, based on a server within the office. The server is accessed through a vpn link and logons to both vpn and Vault UI. Due to the nature of operation between Inventor and Vault, the vpn becomes a choke point especially when working on medium and larger assemblies. So we are planned to move cloud based solution.
