REVIT package-Convert approved floor plans of a small commercial project in to a 3d model and detailed floor plans. knowledge of architectural remit critical. Required on a 4-6 week full time contract starting tomorrow 5 June.

I am in need of a skilled freelancer to design the water-supplying systems of my medium-sized plant. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing combined gravity and pumped water supply systems and be familiar with municipal water sources. Key Requirements: - Design a pumped water supply system in Revit. - Experience with municipal water sources - Knowledge of designing systems for medium-sized plants (50,000-100,000 sq. ft.) Attached is the site plan for a proposed clubhouse. Create a clubhouse design to fit into Lot 13 (see attached) using Revit 2021. Only a plan view and elevations are required. The design must be as follows: 1 -The entrance must have a Lobby/ foyer 2 – Male and female bathrooms on either side with showers 3 – A Kitchen / refreshment area 4 – A Physio / exercise room/ club room / indoor sports in one 5 – A Meeting room 6 – Playground, sporting & weights equipment room 7 - Create an area for basketball, lawn tennis & a volleyball court.
