Copy for B2B web app. SAMPLE PEOJECT

For a web application (a B2B project management system) I'm working on, I need some creative writing. This is a sample project for the real job. I plan to assign this project to multiple bidders (all will be paid for the sample), see what they come up with, select the best one and give him/her the work of writing content for the whole application. The preferred style is professional but warm and friendly. It should give the reader a smile. I'm trying to put some "human touch" in the app and this should be reflected in the copy as well. As sample, I wish to get a feedback message for the 3 following scenarios. - The user has just competed the only remaining task on his list. - The user accesses the page that lists all the projects but there are no projects yet to show. - The user has just successfully created a new checklist. And the copy of the welcome email. Accounts are created by the administrator (and not by the final user). Once the account is created the final user receives a welcome email introducing the APP with information regarding how to access it with a link to set the password.
