Need English Teacher for Teams Training sessions for weekly trainings (German natives learning English)

I run a company and some of our employees would like to improve their English. I am looking for someone to hold weekly English Teams conferences of maybe 30 mins to 1h to help them learn better English. It should be Teams based, with a camera on both sides and flexible with timing. It should not be with homework or anything, but simply all managed on the fly.. so you start the call and you begin talking.. maybe you have some curriculum prepared etc. Their basic level of English is good enough so you don't have to speak their native language but you can get by on english only. I expect weekly sessions for 1 to 3 of my employees. Please recommend the session length you would recommend (30mins? 1h?). Please also indicate if you did training like this before.
