We use 3dsMax/V-Ray and submit images to a render server network through deadline and a management software. Since we use tiles the renders are showing up with harsh line where the tiles meet. We need to be able to precalculate the irradiance map and light cache so the lighting stays consistent then have them referenced for the tiles. Here is a discussion on Deadlines forum and it is exactly what we need with the addition of the irradiance map it even has a bit of code already built out.
