We want to develop a console-based windows software (NOT cloud based) solution tailored for automatic photo enhancement without a gui. The software should monitor a folder for incoming files. Once files are received it will enhance the photos and copy the resulting photo into a different folder and delete or move the original. Basic functionality should include lightening shadows, darkening highlights, increasing contrast, brightness and saturation. There should be a way that we can adjust the amount of each enhancement. The software must be capable of processing 3000 photos per hour. We will provide sample photos to be enhanced and an example of what we would like them to look after the process.
