I am looking for a firm to look over my plans to build a roof and wall for quite a large patio 40'x12'. This will be installed and built by a local contractor. In order for me to get a building permit, I need an engineer to approve that my plans are structurally sufficient for my snow load in my area. There will be one framed wall on the left side, made out of a 2x6 wood framing.
