Chess Tournament Event Management System Front End Functionality 1. Sign up / Sign in. 1.1 Registration. − Clubs or Organizations and Players can register into site with their personal information. ⮚ Full Name ⮚ Birthday ⮚ Gender ⮚ Avatar ⮚ Nationality ⮚ Location ⮚ Email ⮚ Password ⮚ Individual or Organization club, personal − Registered Clubs and Players need to be approved by admin in order to CRUD(Create, Read, Update, Delete) their tournaments and enroll in the tournaments to play the game. ⮚ Payment gateway 1.2 Sign in. Users and Clubs could with their email and password. 2. Approved Clubs can Create, Edit, Delete tournament with different sections and approved players can enroll in the tournament created. 2.1 Club Clubs can create edit and remove tournaments they created with the tournament section. ⮚ Tournament Title ⮚ Tournament Type (Swiss, Round Robin, Team) ⮚ Start date ⮚ End date ⮚ Section (May have multiple section) ⮚ Entering price ⮚ Price amount awarded to the winner Club have the ability to close the registration people can enroll in. Club have the ability to export the data into regular tournament management software like swiss and vice versa. 2.2 Player Approved players can enroll in the tournament section with the fees. 3. After finishing each tournament within different sections, the Results should be shown on the front home page. ⮚ Tournament Title (Tournament Section) ⮚ Period and fees ⮚ Winner ⮚ Winning price ⮚ Number of Participants ⮚ Detailed results of each matches in the sections UI Components Dashboards for clubs, Individual players 1.
