Client Liaison in Real Estate

I'm in need of an experienced real estate associate to take charge of client communications for my business. You will act as a liaison between myself and my clients, primarily through telephone calls. Key Tasks: - Acting as first point of contact for clients via telephone calls. - Scheduling of client appointments including, but not limited to, property viewings, client meetings, and follow-up calls. Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented and highly organized. - Professional telephone etiquette. Please note, the role does not involve property research or data analysis. Your focus should be fully on building rapport with clients and managing the scheduling of appointments.
