Proofreading of an Italian text

This project is about proofreading of an Italian text which have been translated from English to Italian. The text is consisted from small articles (average 200-300 words) and the whole document is about 20.500 words. There have been noticed a few grammar mistakes as well as syntax mistakes. The text is not so bad, but I need the best quality before published. The subject of the text is historical and includes : descriptions of medieval buildings, historic facts, legends, persons' stories.
The freelancer should be native Italian (English language would an asset)
