A little challenge here for a non-css person, but probably for someone that is experienced a 30 minute job.
I want to accomplish the final layout with CSS and if needed a little JS (Preferable not) (specs in the specs image).
The real challenge is in the fact that:
1. It should ALWAYS be aligned in the center/middle of the screen
2. If I change the size of the container in the CSS, the whole layout should resize accordingly the container size. E.g. Default the container should be 950x600px, but if I change the specs, and reload the page, all inner containers should resize with it.
3. It should work in all major browsers (IE6+7, FF 1+2, Safari).
4. The rounded corners and shadow all around the container.
If you do design it, please leave text in the big white field, so I can see it is actually scrolling.
That's it.

PS. Actual knowledge of CSS is needed, so send me an example that shows you actually know what you are doing.
