Greetings, My name is Edgar Beltrán, I'm a political scientist from Maracaibo, Venezuela. I've read your project description and I believe this is the kind of gig I'm looking for here on Freelancer and I like to do the most. I have plenty of experience as a translator since is one of the responsabilities I am in charge in the company I work in. As you may see in my portfolio I've worked as a translator, article writer and rewriter. I also have experience as a transcriptioner in both english and spanish.
