Redraw a set of Building Plans in Autocad (from a high-res PDF file)

I need a quote for someone to redraw this set in 2D Autocad (no 3D modeling at all). You cannot simply paste images of the work in CAD, it needs to be completely redrawn, and all text needs to be completely retyped at 100% accuracy. All text should be typed in paper space on each sheet as it is now, and all 2d lines should be drawn in model space. You will also make a new 24" x 36" layout for each sheet that is listed in the PDF and the final deliverable will be a single DWG file that is drawn on my layer system with my title blocks (I will provide this to the selected freelancer). The original Architect has agreed via a signed release to let me use their work since this is an old project and they are not interested in redoing the work. For anyone concerned, I can provide proof of that release. Please provide a quote for what you would charge to do this job. Thanks.
