2D DWG to Revit 3D

Valentin has a very challenging understanding of the role as a freelancer. He meant to help me finding solutions, but was expecting me to basically do his job for him. He repeatedly asked me to give exact measurements, but ignored my situation, not having a program to do so. His attitude is very unprofessional and RUDE. In 20 years of being a member on Freelancer, I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism and inadequacy. He is not an architect; he just controls the REVIT program, which was a bit deceiving.
