Additional renderings of the same house are priced between $70 and $100 each. For interior scenes, the quote is $70 to $150 per render/room, and I will charge $50 to $60 for each additional rendering of the same model. Prices are determined by the complexity and scale of the scene. ● Renderings produced using Lumion are priced at approximately 75% to 85% of the value of work done in 3DS Max. ● The cost for a 3D SketchUp model of a single house ranges from $100 to $150. ● For walk-through or fly-through animations of a single house's exterior, the price is $300 to $450 per minute. ● Please note: Pricing may vary depending on project complexity and the scale of the project. ⭐ What will the process entail? 1. You will invite me to your project and provide all necessary details, including architectural drawings, color schemes, the number of renderings required, and any other specifications if needed. 2. I will thoroughly review the provided information and provide you with a detailed quote. 3. Upon agreement, you will hire me and fund the project here on Freelancer.com 4. I will then create the initial draft and send it to you for your review and any necessary revisions. 5.
