Hi, Hope you are doing well. I saw your attached block diagram, and read carefully about your above requirements. I can able to help you as per your requirements. In your block diagram, you mentioned, you want to run the microcontroller via 5V battery, here we can do one thing, we can run microcontroller via either usb connector or 3.7V battery, by boosting the 3.7V battery into 5V battery source. Because, we don't get 5V battery into the market, thatwhy, we need to use 3.7V battery with the boosting circuit. Rest of the requirements we will achive easily. Do you need any on board battery charger or above requirements is ok? I will provide you the programming support, hardware development support, and also provide you the full component lists.
