```Requirements``` - Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role (Minimum 2 years experience) - Proficient in using phone systems, email, and other office software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead others - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Fluent English speaking ability required - Ability to work from 8am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday - Friday each week ```Duties``` Payroll management Payroll advances via e-transfer and tracking them accordingly in Quickbooks Hours collection and validating for employees Inputting hours into Quickbooks for payroll Creating and removing new employee profiles and creating ROE Paying monthly payroll source deductions to the Government Making adjustments to employee profiles as needed in Quickbooks Removing former employees from Quickbooks Issuing final pay Issuing ROE Invoicing Generating invoices based on work completed across various job sites Reviewing billing every two weeks with Mattias for approval Payables Receiving invoices and inputting them into Quickbooks Paying invoices via e-transfer Expense reimbursement and uploading receipts into Quickbooks Hiring Controlling indeed ads Reaching out to candidates Proactively via resume targeting Reactivity via responding to candidates who’ve applied to open positions Screening phone call Organizing lists of screened candidates to give to Mattias for 2nd round interviews Tracking candidates and stages in google sheet Adding newly hired employees into quickbooks and Clockshark systems Creating employment contracts using template and getting them signed by newly hired employees Admin/Other Worksafe BC account maintained Ensuring CWB requirements are met/filed Vehicle management and car insurance Liability insurance management Ordering Peak branded clothing and construction gear Personal assistant duties to Mattias on-demand Regularly providing information needed to Accountant and ensuring books are up to date Offering admin support as needed to our Foreman on-site (ex: finding a piece of speciality equipment needed, etc…) This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
