Project redesign

I have a server (But I also want this script to be able to run locally to test it first) that gets a 1-minute audio file. I want to transcribe this audio file using Python Pocket Sphinx. Any help with this basic task would be very appreciated. I have thousands of hours of audio I want to be transcribed. I know the accuracy isn't the best but this will be better than nothing.

I have inputs on my site which use Yahoo YUI Autocomplete (likely and older version as it was implemented several years ago). The data is loaded from a sphinx index for responsiveness. Generally the desktop version of the site is decent but the mobile version of the site has very poor responsiveness. A while back some mobile company fixed it but their code is long gone. This requires someone who knows Yahoo YUI well, as well as PHP Zend Yi (possibly) Sphinx (maybe, though I doubt this is relevant) Not sure if 'listeners' or cache but would like the overall responsiveness improved by most definitely the mobile one.
