I have an idea for an app that I want to try out, I had the idea in Paris and want to try it out, however do not have a Mac computer which is apparently necessary to create an app. I would like to sketch out ideas (in the process at the moment) and ask someone to develop the technical side. I would like to know if this is possible and also prices? How would this work? I'm just asking for prices at the moment.
