We want custom map styles created for our own maps. The map we have is from Navteq. The map is now being rendered by Geoserver. So the map styles need to work on Navteq and on geoserver. The program will read a LandXML file, separate it's contents into Lines, Points or Polygons, create 3 new, blank shapefiles and load the line, point of polygon data into them from the LandXML file. Need finishing up of a program written in VB6. Tool is developed within ESRI’s ArcGIS ArcView 9.1. The task is to take a route represented by a line and generate several attributes. The route may be represented as one line or a series of lines. The attached .ZIP has detailed requirements and sample data to build and test with. Time frame is fast - need it by 07-07-2007.
