I want my terminal services users using MS Outlook to be able to click on a contact's phone number in Outlook in the terminal services session and for skype (Skype Out really) to dial the number.... but Skype will be installed on their windows PC. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that is looking to be able to troubleshoot and fix remote location computer from a host by the client downloading a small program, preferably under 1.0 megabytes that will allow the host computer to access the remote system, similar to PC Anywhere from Symantec or Citrix; GoToMyPC.
