XML Driven Flash Image Module

I need a Flash Image module created that is a clone in functionality of this site: [login to view URL] click on information > news and you will see thumbnails of magazine covers, etc. and when you click on the thumbnail you are presented with a full spread of the magazine and article in a flash popup scrolling window. Click on the image to close the window. This module must be XML driven. It will be programmed within an existing Flash website structure with specific proportions and screen dimensions already established. Attached is a jpeg of what they layout of the thumbnails should be like. See the above referenced site for the full functionality.
