Hi, we would like to inquire about your chatbot scripting services. This would be in regards to 2KXO, a global media streaming service with an integrated marketplace where users can also automate advertisements and send/receive digital payments. We currently use Flowxo for Telegram, FB messenger and Twilio integration. We need help developing a natural script for our customer experience on the app and website as well. This bot should be able to 1) Describe 2KXO and all its features, 2) Direct customers to the proper support page for issues 3) Direct customers to the proper company e-mail for the press, legal, sales, tech etc. 4) Offer items from our online e-commerce store associated with keywords i.e. hoodie 5) Direct customer's to blog articles in relation to their topic 6) Create an effective greetings message. 7) Incorporate a clearly positioned “Get started” button. Tell customers how the bot can help them with a welcome message. 9) Use buttons on our Facebook page and website. 10) Keep its communications concise and understandable. 11) The bot should not use jargon to communicate with customers. 12) This bot must represent the 2KXO brand and be optimized for sales and downloads of our app.
