Wordpress simple tweaks

Hey guys, need couple quick tweaks in my WP site. Payment only after everything is approved and live. Please write "#WPT" in every message regarding this project bids in order for me to read it. #tweak 1 Views and Likes control. I want the ability to manual set the number of views and likes of each one of my posts in a very easy way. Apart from manual editing, a daily script must be build that run once couple times a day and add X numbers of Views and Y number of Likes to all posts. #tweak 2 Splash-screen plugin template (need to maintain this plugin already in use - it offers template modification ease) modification to let one image as background, randomly choosen from 3-5 other images. Edition space needs: really close to this example ([login to view URL]) + add a image title and 2 lines description of each image from the 3-5 others. #tweak 3 Make all posts featured in the homepage run slideshow of its gallery when the mouse is on top of it ([login to view URL] alike, but with images).
