The Purchaser, after having independently purchased the Voucher, must fill in a Form to request the Voucher, where it will provide data relating to the name, surname, valid e-mail address and active, the indication of the relative amount paid to the Seller and the references of the restaurant chosen.
The Buyer, once the Voucher Request Form has been sent, will receive a confirmation email in which he will be informed that the Platform will verify the payment of the amount communicated by contacting the business (the Seller) on which will confirm the credit for the purchase of the Voucher.
Only in the moment the Seller confirms the credit, we are authorized to send the Voucher to the User.
If the user provides via e-mail to us the receipt of the transfer made as proof of payment to the Seller, then, in this case we are authorized to issue the Voucher.
