Hello! I have a Gravity Form ID16 with a Choice Field ID11. When this form is submitted, the result of the Field 11 should be saved in a Post Type called "paciente", Im using ACF for custom fields, the result should be saved in the field "resultado_prunape" - Will release the milestone once I can test it on my website - Code shortcode: I will install it on my server - Developer should work in his own environment, I won't give my server access - budget: 10usd
