Website Design for an Association with Membership (Relist)

Hello I am relisting the following project that I posted a few months ago. We are ready to pick a winner this week. Description Please look at [login to view URL] . This is our trailer website. We need to upgrade and launch a new website that can allow new members to sign up online paying a fee through online payment. Their details must then be logged into a database we can use to send mail shots and other information too. Professional members will have their name listed onto an online members directory. As much automation as possible is desired. I guess we will be using something like paypal for online payments? There will be an online forum for members and a private one for committee members (committee members are currently using WordPress for their private forum). We need to have a CMS website which any committee member can add content to easily. We have a logo already and plenty of pictures to use on the website. We need to be left with full instructions on how to use this website and we want the ability to able to upgrade this site later with more features. In particular we want a robust forum that works without bugs (I have used WordPress and blogger and have had problems using these) Please quote for the design of this website.
