I need to know more on Biometrics, the scanning of finger prints and individual recognition. How the biometrics works to identify one finger print from another. Does the fingerprint change with age, Child to adulthood? Need a list of equipment and software that is required to set up system to record fingerprints, scan for recognition and manage the information for use in other applications. Cost is major issue on both software and equipment.
