CRM-ENROC FINISH PROJECT

Easy Notes and Records of Conversation (ENROC) is a simple Contact Management/CRM application that is almost complete. This job is to finish the project. ENROC has been written in C# language. It functions like a client/server application, with its server database hosted in the web, and the client frontend on a PC. However, a significant feature of ENROC is that the server database is "mirrored" on each PC and the client reads and writes to the mirror and does not have to send information over the internet. By accessing the database on the PC ENROC's operation is very fast (or it is supposed to be). ENROC is mostly complete. However, the syncing performance between the PC and the web server database is increasingly slow as the number of contact records in the database exceeds a few thousand. There are still a few bugs with ENROC and re-installation of the software on a PC has problems. **Job** 1. Fix the synching problem so ENROC syncs the mirror database with the web server database in an acceptable time with say 10,000 records 1. Fix the operating performance of opening Contact List, Event List and the Contact ROC report with 10,000 records 1. Fix the re-install problem so that newer versions of ENROC will seamlessly install over the top of an earlier version 1. Work with the Developer to fix any bugs 1. Develop Forms and Reports for the database 1. Test the finished application with 10,000 contact records 1. Tidy up any html code in the web page. Most of this is all but done, however, some code will need amendment, and some bugs fixed.
