MUST BE UNIQUE, WE ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, WE MUST OWN WEB SITE AND ALL FILES, FOLDERS, ETC. IN ODER FOR US TO USE THE WEB SITE, EDIT THE WEBSITE, modify, or sale the website.
