Dating Site - Graphic Design Only

I'm looking for a nice design for a dating site, PSD (IBM) only no programming. I've gotten overloaded and I need to outsource the basic design. I'll slice the psd and build the site; I just have no time to get the design done. This must be original no templates. Basic Dating site layout, just two pages the Home Page and the Members Page. Main Page - Three Column Layout with header split - I will want to see previous graphic work. Standard member page with a below header member for member tools. This is a small project and a good designer could whip this out in no time. PLEASE READ!! - I'm only paying $30.00 for this work so don't bid higher or I will know you did not bother to read the instructions. I will require the psd saved in PS7 with any fonts used in the final delivery. I need this no later than the morning of the 14th. Please don't bid if you can't make that deadline. Developer with feedback preferred, but outside references accepted along with examples of your work. Immediate payment made via paypal once work is completed.
