Convert a Template to a Website

Hello and thank you for checking our project description. We are looking for a new theme for OpenGTS (gps tracker web interface). This design has to be really nice and user friendly using smooth and nice colors and shapes. The current theme can be found here: [login to view URL] Please beware the theme you will design must be mobile responsive, with all the options, menus, button and everything else showing and working perfectly on all mobile devices just like the given web version. Also, the theme has to be provided to us with the proper installation instructions, or you install it on our server AND provide us with the installation instructions. The theme should also make the login page mobile responsive and modern looking. Please use the work “good luck” at the end of your description for us to make sure you have read all the project details. We will not pay the project fee in advance, but we can make the complete milestone and release it once the job is done.
