Build a web site

I have a client that needs simple but attractive website for a start up Record Label company. SInce it is starting up so it is only one artist for now. I want somebody that is familiar with that business and done it before.. It should be easy for them to update it themselves. We have a logotype and some pictures. I want select a frreelancer that can tell me what pages are needed for this kind of web site and that can show me similar work. When a freelancer is selected we can discuss details. This will be hourly rate but I still wnat to know the estimated time before selecting. This is for the basic part to get the first version up and running. After that it can be changes. This is not an urgent project and since not all details are in place it may take some time back and forth to collect all needed details.
