We need someone to convert the attached designs to HTML/CSS/JS. The final code must match the following requirements: - Built using Bootstrap v2.* (you must have experience of building templates with this!) - Support IE6+ (Bootstrap fixes can be found here: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) - Gradients and rounded corners are required in IE8+ (and ideally IE6 and 7 - but not essential. We have used [login to view URL] in the past to achieve this) - The files "Responses (attribute filter).png" & "Responses (call agent filter).png" show drop down menus which are applicable to all pages - Code should be clean and semantic Please indicate how long this will take to complete with your quote.
