192718 Logo Re Design

Logo Re Design Required. I have a company logo that i designed myself using my own design and a free clip art picture. I would like the theme kept the same as in all the text must be present and there must still be a lighthouse in the logo but other than that I leave the inspiration up to you. I would need to approve any final designs before you complete the work. The logo needs to be able to be placed in word and my outlook e-mails so must be able to be set at a not too large size. It may also be used on my website. I would need to own all rights to the design and logo on completion of payment to you through here. I would need to have final say over the design before it is completed. I have attached the existing logo but it is showing larger than normal with all the white due to being placed in the paint program. The only design stipulation is that all the text is kept in the logo though can be in a different style if you feel you have something better and I like the marble effect colours we see alot of like the vista logo etc. IT must also all be in deep see blue.
