Need a Simple Website with required skill of SEO

I need a website designed from canned templates for my promotional products and printing business. It should contain basic information about me, my team, my contact information, Projects I have been involved with in the past, a page for general Promotional Products and fine Printing buying tips/tools as well as a form for contacting me by email. It would be helpful to have a short video from something like Camtasia showing the visitor how to search for product on the websites. Probably another video explaining how to load their logo on the website to allow the client to search for promotional products displaying their logo.( This capability already exhist on one of my websites.) I expect no more than 8-10 pages in all. What I already have versus what the provider will build: These will be brand-new sites utilizing Key word rich Domain names. I need full design done from canned templates available in my search engine, including a new logo and colors for my business. I already have several articles written for the site done as well as photos of me, I will furnish my present web addresses so you may see examples of my present websites that are comprable. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I want a very conservative look that will appeal to my clients who are typically buying promotional products from a few cents per item up to hundreds of dollars per item on the high end range. Typical orders range from $400.00 to $5,000.00 range. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. I would like my websites to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for a Promotional Products Provider or Printer in my geography. To increase google ranking, the websites should have back links linking them together, along with blogs and article submission to the various article sites. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience making websites work. Experience with search engine optimization is a necessary required skill. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have the first one up and running within 3 days. I also need graphic designer / production artist who has the ability to assemble newsletters using provided templates and articles. A great plus would be a person that could write 400 to 600 word - how to - articles on a variety of subjects pertaining to the promotional products or printing industry. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, PhotoShop skills would be a great plus, in both the PC and Mac environment. Ability to communicate fluently in English by speaking and writing is a Positive Enhancement. I would be pleased if this position would work itself into a permanent solution with some one who could perform the above task and also become a customer service representative helping clients search for particular items and provide e-mail support to clients.
