299587 Logo & Seasonal Templates Need

I have a site [login to view URL] and although I recently had the site redesigned I feel that this design is too busy & distracting. Not eye-catching and inviting which is what I was going for. I want a non animated logo. The visitor should get the idea that my site sells advertising for low prices just by looking at the logo. The logo can be just the site name and some type of graphic or the site name and a motto of some sorts. Its upto you. The logo should be pretty simple as I want it to mix well with several diferent templates. You will also be in charge of designing several templates all of them should be simple and eye-catching. I want to be able to have a basic template which I can use all year round as well as seasonal templates. What I mean by this is that I want to be able to switch from the standard template to: a valentines day, easter, 4th of july, going to the beach, back to school, halloween, thanksgiving, and christmas themed templates. The templates need not be elaborate you can just add slight variations of colors and a few different graphics to the basic one. For example add a pink menu bar and a cupid near the top for valentines day, a bunny with an egg and yellow menu bar for easter... What ever you choose to do just make sure that as soon as you see the top of the page you immediately get the seasonal theme. A little bit of animation is ok in the templates but nothing annoying or distracting. I am looking for a very creative designer if you can come up with rough drafts you will be taken into higher consideration. Examples of prior work is a must. And you must agree to only receive payment when you have completed the job to my satisfaction. To sum up I need 9 templates, 1 logo, and 1 talented & creative graphic designer
