406815 Frontside business card design

This project: Work with my international business/marketing consulting firm to design top of the line double sided, 4/4 color, glossy, 16pt thickness (thickest printer card stock in the world 75% thickness of a credit card) direct response mini brochure business cards. I will do ALL the copywriting (words/text on the card I give to you), I will give you ALL the images to use on every card for front/back of cards and I will choose what colors to use for the card (follow by using all the colors in the company logo). Basically all I need is an experienced graphic designer who can LISTEN and follow my EXACT detailed instructions for the design. You would think that would be easy for graphics people, it's so very not sadly believe me. I am beyond picky, there will be LOTS of back and forth revisions and if your ego-maniac super sensitive graphics person don't bid. You won't like me and this won't work out. :D ... I'd like to see a website and/or tons of examples of your BUSINESS CARD work, don't want to see other examples of your work at this time. This is a LONG TERM gig, meaning I'm looking for one person that I can give ALL my own companies and all my clients worldwide busines to when it comes to designing business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, presentation folders or any other hard copy marketing/promotional items. Strict Requirements: (Please DON'T BID unless you meet all these requirements listed below!) You MUST live in either U.S. Canada, China, South America, Japan, Australia, Europe, U.K, or Australia and speak fluent English. I will NOT except bids from any Indians or other countries like Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, or Afghanistan. I've had way too many bad (dozens) experiences with people from these countries over the last 5 years using freelancer websites. I know your not all bad, but my mind isn't going to change from all the negative experiences I've had ok. Pay is $40. $35 for front side design, $5 for correcting letters in backside. ***Please see TWO attachments. First attachments is the COMPLETED backside of the business card and two BAD demos from other x-designers for the front side concept. Basically I want the front side colors to be similar (not exact) as back and then a hybrid of both BAD demo front sides. My full bio, all contact info, company slogan, my picture and logo must be on front side. 2nd attachment is the completed backside PDF in a printer ready format, but last design idiots screwed up all the letter L's, so $5 of the project I need you to fix all those mistakes so they don't show up when printed out. MUST have Skype and be able to TALK on Skype phone, if you can't don't bid. I need to TALK to my graphics person IM and email won't cut it. So people in US, Canada that I can simply call will get first priority for sure. Also I need this started ASAP like tonight or tomorrow at the very latest. Thanks
