Complete Website Design & Development with CMS

I have a client that needs a site designed. It will be a combination of [login to view URL] (stock ticker, news feeds) and [login to view URL] (the site should replicate a lot of this functionality. The site must be built within a CMS so my client can upload their academic journals. Users will need to be able to purchase one issue, or subscribe an annual fee to receive all the issues. They will choose between online subscription or print subscription. Subscribers must create an account in order to make purchases. If an organization subscribes, any email address with that organization's domain must be able to subscribe for free (an account must still be created with a confirmation email). Annual subscriptions must automatically renew and emails sent to the users to confirm. Payment gateway must be integrated right into the website so users don't leave the site. The logo and colour scheme are already completed but you will be doing the design work as well. This MUST be a web 2.0 design and very clean and professional. Poor design skills will NOT get your this job. I have a document I will send to the winner with more information. This site will need to be completed within about 3-4 weeks.
