Recreation of personalized Video so that it can be played on modern browsers and mobile phones

Hi, We created an interactive video which already works but we need another solution so that it also works on mobile devices. Project-Goal: - Recreation of the Alphalive "Das Floss" interactive video (currently in flash) to generate/render one video per user request which can also be played on all modern mobile phones. Current Flash Version: [login to view URL] (page and video is in german. to test it just enter "your name", "name of a friend", "gender m/f") Possible Way: If you would cut the video in 3 parts i would be like: - part1: everything before the dynamic part - part2: dynamic part where the text should be overlayed - part3: everything after dynamic part muxing the parts together with ffmpeg hosting and rendering with a service like rackspace using jwplayer to play the file from mobile and desktop Browser compatibility: should work for common browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer and smartphones (iPhones, Android phones, Windows phones). Timeline: Project should be finished before end of June. Delivery: - Working version in 720p - Project Code - if necessary help on the implementation of the final server destination and implementing another language What we need from you: - Please only apply if you can do it and already done similar things. We already tried it with a developer who couldn't do it and lost some precious time. - Make your bid according to what we wrote above plus for additional work we didn't think of (if necessary). - In your price you don't have to include the server costs. If you already have a server where you can test it on that would be great. - Please specify the costs for the monthly server service and what it would cost if we have like 1000 views per month or 10'000 views. - also write how you are going to solve this (server service, programming language, software used, ...)
