There are Property Owner Data available in the market in the form of excel sheet. From the excel sheet, we are verifying whether they have any property available for rent or sale. We would like to import this excel sheet to the system. Manger will be able to assign the list to multiple agents and he will make the list as “Available” then the listing will be visible to the assigned agents. After going through each row, the agent will get the property information. He will make calls from his mobile. And After the call He will add the comment in the system in a simple way and will be able to add the status and reminder also for contacting them in future. Option to send mail to the owner will be possible from the agent panel. Agent will be able to rate the landlord The history of comment will be recorded as log. Agent will be able to rate the owner for the probability of ownership with a comment. System will be able to generate report for individual agents and if selected export will be there. Once the Relationship is made by several follow ups then the contact will be marked as Live.
