Training Instructor in Voip / SIP

We are looking for a training instructor in VoIP. We want an expert in VoIP who is currently an effective training instructor. You will remotely train two groups of people. The people work at a NOC in Bangladesh. Two classes a week are for beginners. one weekly class is intermediate to more senior level people. That is three weekly classes. Training is in English and you have to train people in Bangladesh online / remotely. Training is also to be recorded. We expect around 6 people per class. We want someone who is already teaching people. We want someone who is an expert in VoIP. Someone who is qualified to trouble shoot and administer. It would also help if you can give the NOC team members things to study and a way to follow up to see if they're studying and learning each week. We want a relationship with someone who can help for a year or two. We also plan to hire new people for the NOC, so ongoing training is important to us.
