Senior Network, VOIP, and System Engineer Needed

I need an expert in networking, VOIP, and server administration to handle various ongoing tasks in our data centers. Key Tasks: - Network Configuration: You'll be responsible for setting up and maintaining our network infrastructure. - Troubleshooting: Whenever there are network, VOIP or server issues, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently. - VOIP Engineering and Troubleshooting: You'll be responsible for improving our quality and security around our VOIP services in our data centers and customer sites as well as troubleshooting VOIP issues. Your Responsibilities: - Engage in network configuration and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance. - Efficiently troubleshoot network, VOIP and server issues as they arise. - Implement VOIP solutions as part of our network performance enhancement strategy. Access: - You'll be provided with remote access to the systems. Ideal Skills: - Advanced knowledge in networking, VOIP, Windows Server, and Linux Server. - Proven experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and VOIP implementation. - Experience with Mikrotik would be an added advantage. Understanding the primary goal of enhancing network performance is crucial. I'm looking for someone who can handle these tasks with efficiency and professionalism. I'm not looking for someone that needs their hand held throughout every step. The first task on the list will be determining what services each server runs in the data center and putting together a new design around vLANs, Firewall and etc. to secure the network. This means you must understand a service providers network and determine what's the best way to secure each service, the ports each service needs and etc. You will be required to design the layout, present the design to management and if approved, build out the network in a simulator to test and confirm it will function as needed before configuring new equipment and putting it live.
