Organize and respond to emails.
Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the employer.
Manage and prioritize incoming emails efficiently.
Freelancer Account Creation:
Create and set up profiles on freelancing platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Develop appealing and professional gig descriptions.
Communication Using ChatGPT:
Reach out to potential clients and respond to inquiries.
Engage in conversations to understand project requirements and provide relevant information.
Monitor and manage gigs on various freelancing platforms.
Keep track of deadlines and deliverables.
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
Assist in document creation, data entry, and other organizational activities.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in email management and communication.
Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer.
Ability to use ChatGPT effectively for client communication.
