I need a fluent english speaking virtual personal assistant. You must have at least 5 years experience working as a PA to an executive or management team. The principal roles are managing my calendar, my travel planning, and communication with suppliers and the PAs of customers. You support my sales activity, helping take a project through to award. You then mange the staffing of projects against an existing list of approved freelancers around the world. Once awarded, you then manage communication around logistics to get our team to the city of the project, keeping clear communication with them and the customer and the hotel. It’s clock work, but when things change you are able to take this into stride. You will be updating documentation in PowerPoint, Excel, Trello, and Google suite. Our business is in event management, and our projects are all around the world. You must already have 5+ years of proven experience at a similar level. You will have an excellent customer service approach and enjoy solving problems. Your take pride in your work and appreciate being recognized for outstanding results.
