Wir suchen Französischsprachige IT-Service - Support Mitarbeiter Kundenservicemitarbeiter*in im Homeoffice Ihre Aufgaben : Du bist die Ansprechperson für alle IT-Anfragen und bist zuständig für die Annahme und Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen des 1st Level Supports (telefonisch und Remote) Du berätst die Anwender kompetent und unterstützt sie im Umgang mit den entsprechenden Systemen Deine komplette Tätigkeit dokumentierst Du sorgfältig im Ticketsystem Störungen, die nicht behoben werden können, leitest Du an die entsprechenden Fachabteilungen weiter und behältst die Tickets im Blick Zudem überwachst Du die Systeme und die Telefonanlage und bemerkst Auffälligkeiten Deine Qualifikationen – kompetent und zuverlässig Du hast Qualifizierung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Aufgaben Mit Windows Betriebssystemen sowie MS Office Produkten kennst Du Dich gut aus und das Handling mit Windows Servern und Exchange ist kein Fremdwort für Dich?
