I am writing to express my interest in the position of a Virtual Assistant.
My name is Ugorji Adanma Elizabeth . I am currently not on a Job thereby open to more hours of working.
I have worked on a job where I was responsible for inbound and outbound call, Emails and sales, Data Entry, Excel computing. I also worked in a client management company where i learnt direct communication with customers and how to manage their business using different CRM tool such as communication tools( zendesk, intercom, Skype, teams) , Media tools ( Dropbox, Google drive, onedrive, Google calendar, hubspot) and many more as an IT support person.
I am a graduate of Abia State University, Uturu with a degree in English Communication
I believe I will be the ideal candidate for this position based on the fact that I have prior experience on customer service and client management.
