My name is Essam In my early 20’s and I suffered a big injury where I couldn’t walk due to fractures in my disks. I visited many doctors from Egypt and Russia as well as physical therapists to help with my injury. Unfortunately, they made it even worse and instead of treating my back injury , they caused me a new knee injury. Here is where I started to depend on myself, I had quit my job from a multinational company. I started my online courses about therapy, fitness and nutrition from Shaw academy located in Wales. I got back to being able to walk and even doing sports where doctors previously asked me to totally quit. I feel I owe others who need help and mostly care. I don’t want others to suffer like I did. I have a passion for sports and it’s my hobby. Yes it was hard and painful for many years. It caused me stress, I let go of my career for the sake of my health and being able to have a normal human being day. Now I want to help and make it my own career, helping others with my experience and knowledge. Looking for someone caring and committed to help me with creating a website linked to a social media platform where we both can share the experience and succeed together to help others with their daily workout routine and eating habits and make them feel better about themselves.
