I need an app that you can sign up with an email. Once you sign up: 1. verify email 2. restricted use with only email signup 15 second video max and a max of 3 videos 3. Once 15 sec video is done - you get an auto generated link to put it anywhere you want. 3. Sign-up from website - and become a member (cost) - you then get a token to unlock your app for auto load video and lengths depending on what level you of membership. 4. On one level of membership, we have a very private video function - where the video is automatically stored offline.
